Dr. Wyatt is a cofounder and CEO of 6D-BuildTech Pte. Ltd. developed and owns the most innovative high precision precast concrete building systems in the world. He has served as CEO with the company since its inception in 2012.

Roger has 30 years of management experience working at various levels in the international business environment. He has experience in both established and startup companies. He has held technical development and general management positions at Pittman Moore, Inc. and Bristol Meyers Squibb, Inc. where he was Director of Asia operations for 14 countries (Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Philippines, Hong Kong, Macao, Peoples Republic of China, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Australia and New Zealand,) in the Pacific Rim.

He has significant experience in having led the launch of six startup companies: 6D-BuildTech Pte. Ltd. - Singapore; LadderBlock International Pte. Ltd. – Singapore; Agennix, Inc. - USA; Encarich Development, Ltd. (merged with Fernz Ltd. - NZ); Immuno Modulator Laboratories - USA (merged with Granada Corp.); Teleios Learning Centers, Inc. - USA (ongoing concern). Dr. Wyatt was a co-founder and held the position of CEO in five of these concerns.

He earned a B.S. degree from West Texas A&M University), Canyon, TX; M.S. and PhD degrees in biochemistry from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK; and an MBA degree from the Stanford University, Graduate School of Business, Palo Alto, CA.

Mr. Peters has been residing and working in the Middle East for 20 years. He now lives in Laguna Philippines.

He has extensive experience in various areas of mechanical engineering, Tool and Die making for injection molding of plastic, aluminium and rubber products, consultancy and evaluation of CNC Machine Tool Centers (Tongil Company Korea), upgrading and enhancement of used machine tools, design and production of special machinery for sheet metal production.

Design and production of Firearms and components, such as: A) Polygon Barrels, B) Multi Caliber Pistols, C) conversion units for handguns, D) Silenced Revolvers for Counter terrorism units, E) Full Automatic Shotguns, F) Worlds most powerful Revolver (Caliber 600 NE), G) Revolvers with variable Caliber and Barrel lengths, and H) Fire control systems for long range shooting, I) Design and Production of Shooting range equipment’s and shooting training aids, and J) Architectural design and technical supervision of in- and outdoor shooting ranges.

Mr. Peters was Managing Partner of EPSCO PrecisionTech LLC located in the UAE. EPSCO PrecisionTech offers a wide range of engineering and industrial fabrication solutions to its customers, specialized in Mobile Lathe Machines for Gas & Steam turbine rotors up to 160 ton weight.

He also holds a commercial pilot’s license serving the German Air Force for 12 years, flying Hell UH1D Helicopters. He earned BSME and MME engineering degrees from Aachen Technical University (RWTH) in Germany.

He is also holding several EU and US Patents on Firearms Design and Production Automation and Processing.

Ms, Khokher’s primary mission is to: Drive Transformational & Cultural change to 100% success measure. Responsible for oversight of 6D-BuildTech corporate training program, organize recruiting, hiring and staffing, optimize cost & headcount spending. Oversee framework for compensation, profit sharing and employee benefits, Responsible for delivering comprehensive human resource services, driving all strategy elements including high potential talent and organization design, work closely with Senior Management in developing and applying changes to people management strategies, provides guidance and coaching to business leadership in order to support the business’s vision, mission, and overall objectives.

She has extensive experience in UAE as Human Resource Director ,Intellytics LLC: developing state-of-the-art Business Intelligence Solutions by aggregating data into a single platform, enabling a 360 degree business view and data insight to empower management to make the best analytics based business decisions. Corporate Human Resources Director (Board member), Drake & Scull Intl PJSC: as HR Director, delivered end-to-end people solution, encompassing 31,000 employees in 11 countries and 5 business streams: Engineering, Construction, Oil & Gas, Energy & Environment and Rail. Provided overall leadership on people issues and developing long-term and short-term HR strategy.

Other her Positions held includes: Director of Human Resources, Ecolog Engineering. VP of Human Capital, Gulf Capital PJSC & Gulf Related. Associate Director of Human Resources, Emirates NBD Investment Bank. Recruitment Manager & Relationship Manager, Standard Chartered Bank in Karachi, Pakistan.

Her educational background includes Master in Business Administration and Bachelor in Business Administration from South Eastern University

Geoff has worked in the construction industry for over 50 years. He graduated as an Architect in 1974 after 6 years working in Sydney on large projects as a student Architect. Since 1978 he has been the Principal of 3 architectural companies, and for 24 years ran his own successful practice called Young Architects based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. He has acted as lead consultant and project controller on many major and minor construction projects. He is passionately committed to environmentally sustainable socially responsible design. He is now stationed in Thailand.

He has served as Senior Architect at 6D-Buildtech 2018 – Present: acted as principal design consultant on residential, commercial and governmental projects in the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait development companies and government agencies. Principal, Unique Resorts, Thailand: acted as principal design consultant on a variety of resort, commercial and governmental projects in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Libya and Thailand for for international development companies and government agencies. Principal, Young Architects, Sunshine Coast Qld: over 100 buildings completed in 23 years, ranging from major multi-storey residential apartment buildings and resorts, large and small commercial works, to new houses and house renovations. Young Architects used cutting edge technology for the presentation of design ideas and construction documentation from the outset.

He was also Senior Architect, Blackburne Jackson, Sunshine Coast Qld: as a senior Architectural Consultant contracted to this practice, Geoff carried out the design and documentation of many major multi-unit residential buildings, churches and houses. The use of CAD technology became the standard method of drawing production in this practice. Senior Architect and Principal, Ralph Brading Associates, Bowral Nsw: a small regional practice, where projects ranged from minor refurbishments to school buildings. Student Architect, Kolos And Bryant, Sydney: thrown in the deep end as a student with varied documentation work on major high rise inner city buildings.

Mr. Young attended Sydney University Architecture and graduated with B. Architecture from NSW Institute of Technology.

Mr. Andaya has been involved in 6D-BuildTech since 2015, during the peak of Saudi Market. Mr. Andaya has 28 years of extensive experienced in various technical field. His construction management career started in 2010 and execute several projects in;
       Saudi ARAMCO (for Oil & Gas Refinery, Producing Plant, GOSP, Water Well, Tank Farms, Piers and Air Strip),
       SABIC (for Petrochemical, Steel Plant, Fiber Glass Manufacturing Plant and Fertilizer Plant), and
       Saudi Electricity Company (for Overhead Transmission Line/OHTL, Distribution Line and Substation).

He received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering degree in University of Makati. Mr. Andaya earned Project Management Professional (PMP) programs and at present he is taking up LLM International Commercial Law, focuses on Intellectual Property, Contracts and Corporate Law and Governance.

Mr. Raz has extensive experience in performing diverse sales and marketing construction projects functions as well as sales of various products including exposures to different sales-oriented work environment including developing customer accounts, identifying target markets and in the implementation of sales and marketing plans of new strategic markets.

His responsibilities include:
       - Manage and close Projects assist and secure project Final Acceptance.
       - Conduct Project Site surveys to validate project cost and proper estimates
       - Conduct Sales and Marketing Presentation for various Clients for Various General Construction, Telecommunications and EMP. HVAC Systems.
       - Propose cost effective solution particularly on commercial clients for both commercial and industrial purposes for client’s projects.
       - Conduct Cost Benefit Analysis.
       - Administrative and Manage Private & Government Projects, Conduct and Implement Safety Procedures & Training.
       - Perform both Commercial and Technical Project Documentations and procedures.
       - Manage Technical Project Implementation, Review Technical Design and provide respective Manpower allocation or Head Count with proper cost basis.
       - Attend client meetings and organize project preparation (Contacts review/documentation, project proposal, logistics & Procurement, Technical design & project management).
